Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. Her mama was a Paint horse. When she arrived she desperately missed her mother and quickly attached to Midnight as her security. She still feels anxiety when Midnight isn’t nearby and is working through that. Dixie loves a good rubdown and is always right in Midnight’s shadow to greet our guests. You can’t help but to love him. Star is an American Quarter horse. Prior to coming to Chosen Reins, Star had some very unpleasant experiences. He was sent to a trainer who was unable to accomplish the goals they had set for him. Some traumatic things happened during that training period. The owners were very concerned for Star and wanted what was best for him. They surrendered him and with time and love Star has learned to trust again. old. At 18 she went to Bible college. Since then, she has served in counseling and discipleship ministries including prison, youth, fitness, and women’s ministries. She is also a conference speaker. She is an ACBC certified biblical counselor and actively uses that to engage one-on-one with others. Sam surrendered his life to the Lord during his senior year of college. He has served on the worship team. He also has served in children and youth ministries. He has led men’s groups, taught communication and marriage classes, served in missions, and led events. He has counseled young men and couples. Traci and Sam have been married for 30 years. God has blessed them with children and given them the honor to be adoptive parents. They currently teach at the University of North Florida in the School of Communication.
